The replacement LED for the Biolux family of Bresser microscopes, supplied with its connector plug so it pushes straight onto the existing lead. LEDs last a long time, but a dropped microscope or a battery leak can take one out, and this is the part that brings the light back without replacing the instrument.

Bresser lists it for the Junior Biolux SEL in all four colours, the Biolux SEL 8855610, the Biolux NV, the Junior 40x to 2000x (8855500), the Junior Biolux sets 8855000 to 8855003, the Micro Set, the Biolux Advance, the LCD microscope and LCD Touch, and the National Geographic 9039000 and 9039100. The Erudit and Researcher aren't on that list.

It's a white plastic part, so order it against the model number on your microscope's base. Our guide to using a microscope covers the basic care that keeps a light working, and the other spares are in microscope accessories.
