The Science C-mount adapter connects a MikroCam directly to the camera port of a Bresser Science microscope, with no eyepiece tube involved. Bresser lists it for the BioScience Trino, Science TRM-301, ADL-601P, ADL-601F, MPO-401, IVM-401, MTL-201 and the ETD-301 stereo microscope.
The camera screws straight on. If you want a 0.5x or 1x reduction lens in the path, to widen the field or match the camera's focus to the eyepieces, you also need the 30.5 mm version of the C-mount eyepiece adapter between the two. The adapter is black metal, 60 g, and 35 mm tall by 45 mm across.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and a further 14 days to send it back, for a full refund. Keep the manufacturer’s box. Faulty items are covered separately under the warranty.
