Thirty-eight prepared slides of real biological material, plus 24 blank slides and 40 cover slips for making your own. It sits between the 20-slide N20 NG set, whose specimens it includes, and the 80-slide N80 NG set.
The specimens cover plants (onion peel, a root cap, a lime twig, an anther and a geranium leaf), insects (a bee wing, mosquito mouthparts and drosophila at several stages), microorganisms (volvox, euglena and paramecium) and animal tissue, including muscle, nerve, bone and frog and chimpanzee blood.
The slides need a microscope that lights from below, so any of our compound microscopes. Levenhuk confirms them for the Rainbow 50L and the LabZZ M101 and says the DTX 500 can't show them. The cover slips are 0.13 to 0.17 mm thick.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, and a further 14 days to send it back, for a full refund. Keep the manufacturer’s box. Faulty items are covered separately under the warranty.
